Before an employer profile or vacancy is authorized, our compliance team cross-checks public government registers (such as Companies House in the UK, trade registers across the European Union, and official state registries in North America). We confirm the registered entity name, official company registration number, and verified office address to ensure every publishing entity is a bona fide legal organization.

We authenticate that vacancy communications originate exclusively from official, verified corporate domain names with valid SPF, DKIM, and DMARC mail authentication. Submissions originating from free, anonymous webmail accounts (such as @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, or temporary email generators) are categorically blocked from publishing opportunities.
